Javadekar has urged the students to bring economic reforms in the country


Union Human Resource Development Minister,Shri Prakash Javadekar has urged the students to act like a soldier to bring economic reforms in the country.

Speaking at a seminar on ‘Why Cashless?’ Transaction in Educational Institute in Dehradun today Shri Prakash Javadekar said the country is heading towards cashless transaction and soon the digital transaction will become a reality. He said the demonetization of 500 and 1000 currency notes will help to curb corruption, fake currency, black money and terrorism. He stated that MHRD has launched financial literacy campaign to create awareness among students for cashless economy.

Union HRD minister appealed the faculty and especially young students to come forward and join the campaign to encourage, create awareness and motivate all people around them to use a digitally enabled cashless economic system for transfer of funds. He said the students can join this campaign by getting enrolled through ministry’s website.
